  • Flour, sugar, vegetable oil
  • Coffee, tea
  • Canned vegetables and fruit cups
  • Baked beans or kidney beans
  • Soups, white albacore tuna in water, canned chicken
  • Pasta, macaroni and cheese, rice
  • Jarred spaghetti sauce, tomato products
  • Cold or hot cereal
  • Peanut butter and jelly
  • Toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels
  • Ritz crackers and crunchy snack bars
  • Laundry and dish detergent
  • Personal care products such as toothpaste, deodorant, dental cream, disposable razors, and shaving cream
